Mobile Barber Shop Station for Creative Role-Play

Transform a corner of your centre into a bustling salon with this engaging Barber Shop Role-Play Unit. Designed to support the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), this station encourages children to explore social roles, develop communication skills, and build self-confidence through imaginative play. It serves as a perfect centrepiece for creating dynamic play-based learning zones that foster creativity and collaborative storytelling.

Featuring a large, clear mirror and classic barber pole graphics, this unit provides a realistic and inviting setting for children. The open shelving offers ample space for organising brushes, combs, and other salon props, promoting tidiness and children's agency. Mounted on heavy-duty lockable casters, this piece of durable preschool furniture can be effortlessly moved to adapt your space, then locked securely in place for safety during play.

Engineered for the demands of a busy childcare centre, the unit is constructed from sustainably sourced timber with an easy-to-clean, 18mm High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) board surface that resists scratches and simplifies infection control. We are proud to confirm this product is Made in Australia, reflecting a commitment to superior local craftsmanship and quality you can trust. Arriving fully assembled and backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty, this unit is a reliable, long-term investment for your centre, ready for play the moment it arrives.

Commercial-Grade Infection Control & Hygiene Materials

Engineered to withstand the rigorous daily sanitisation protocols of modern early learning environments, the Beauty & Barber Unit features a heavy-duty, commercial-grade finish. Precision-crafted from sustainably sourced, Australian-made 18mm HPL, the non-porous laminate surface actively repels scratches, moisture, and stains. This allows educators to rapidly clean and disinfect communal areas using hospital-grade ELC sanitizers without degrading the structural integrity or aesthetic finish of the furniture.

Flexible Spaces & Effortless Modularity

Maximise your early learning footprint with our heavy-duty, easy-glide polyurethane casters. Designed specifically to reduce manual handling and mitigate educator strain, these lockable wheels allow staff to seamlessly transition room layouts—from structured curriculum zones to open free-play areas—in minutes. Engineered for low rolling resistance, they deliver whisper-quiet manoeuvrability across all typical ELC surfaces, including commercial vinyl, laminate, and carpeted floors, ensuring compliance with flexible space requirements.
